I can't recommend them. Sure, they have great prices, but quality of their service and support is very crappy. Their admins don't take their work seriously and you will have to ask them for everything million times and... they finally do nothing. In example, the change of discs from SATA to SCSI took them 2 fucking weeks, and finally they wrongly carried some data. To make it even funnier, after that they screwed up system configuration and now the server is working bad =) Sending requests was of no avail, admins just sits on their arses doing nothing. They definitely don't give a shit about customers, so please think twice before you buy anything from them. As it turned out a common truth "cheap service = crap service" applied once again...

Using cogent bandwidth and offering virtually no support is the only way someone could offer prices like that. (That and/or selling the same 100mbps commitment to more than one customer)

Hehe you see, guys from OrangeFiber even don't tried to explain their incompetence... And still no contact from them, still no problems solved, they still don't give a shit about tickets, requests and all the stuff.

A server going down because of USER error, is not the same as a server going down because of issues with our network or datacenter.

Why? Do you realize how large we are? Our bandwidth usage is in the top 3 of the entire world in regards to hosting companies.

We use more bandwidth than EV1, ThePlanet, Webair, ISPrime, Jupiterhosting, Mojohost, etc...

30Gbps of bandwidth usage is no joke.

I don't care if I walk to the datacenter and take a sledgehammer to my own server.....my host better have the backups running on another server within 1 hour or I'm gone.

Who said you are entitled to backups? If you want backups, sign up for them, we do not advertise nor mention them as included.

If you have backups, the server will be back up ASAP - if you don't feel like purchasing backups, then it is a use at your own risk.

Its your choice, not up to us.
