A victory for decency
... they declared as they signed the broadcast decency bill that is being sent to the president to sign...
They said they didn't include cable and satellite in this legislation because they were afraid the courts would have thrown the entire act out. They wanted to get this in place first but the attempt to expand to ALL broadcast is coming.  (I'm watching the proceedings on Pipeline, feed 2) |
