Yes, I hire college students for writing and other tasks. Experiences are mostly good although they do flake out on occassion. Overall, with proper monitoring, they do very well.
We've hired a lot of college students, both as employees and as models
If you interview carefully, you can get incredible, talented, very bright people who can do far more than just grunt work... and they may just decide to stay on after they graduate.
The college students as models thing works well too... they are smart enough to think about what they're doing and make the decision that's right for them. Not to mention that they're cute

I love college girls... there's nothing like getting some 18yr old girl nude for the first time. They'll also find other girls, hot girls... have hot friends
I like les seasoned employees at times because they can be more ambitious and have none of the well we did it different attitude. The hard part is finding some one with intuitiveness. You canhahaha8217;t teach that.

I used college students a number of years back to do some writing and grunt work. I found them mostly to be well meaning and effective with only a moderate amount of supervision. Most of them try and do a relatively strong job in case they need money in the future and know you can pass them along some for quick work.
