Epassporte problem: KS you around?

So last night a bank machine choked on my transaction, giving me a receipt for a withdrawl, but no money. Epassporte CS says it's not their problem, talk to the owner of the bank machine. The bank says they can't help, talk to Epassporte.

Keizer you around for some assistance?

that's stupid the ATM machine owners should easily see that the still have more money in the machine than they should, don't let them ripp you off

Bank machines have a drop bin, so if you for instance leave your cash in them, and it sucks it back up, or if there's a problem dispensing, which is what the machine said to me when I used it, it'll drop those funds in to a bin. There were no drops in the machine this morning.

i had the exact same problem . bank machine didnt give me cash i asked the bank they said " not our problem talk to your credit card company " i called epassporte they sayd " talk to the bak that owns the bank machine"

fucking ignorant fools . meanwhile my available funds were held in limbo..

After the third or fourth call to epassporte and plenty of waiting and repeating myself over and over , i got my money back..

Actually, I was able to explain it again to Customer Service, and now they've opened a claim and sent me the paper work. Thanks anyways KS.
