I have just completed negotiations with the Department of Agriculture.

...To set up a revolutionary online processing system that will change the way you do business FOREVER.

The benefits: Zero cb risk, little or NO scrubbing. Highly targetted consumer base built in.

The customer will simply use their pre-existing food stamp card to make purchases on what will soon be THOUSANDS of sites and merchants.

We are working very hard to implement recurring billing and shopping cart systems into the back end. Look for our program: FoodStampCash, VERY soon.

They alreay have this and it's called EBT. The merchant has to be approved to accept the cards though.
