I decided to come out of hiding for a little while. I'll continue to be offline but I needed to participate in this. Ever since the mountain of spacedog posts accusing me of child porn and lolita sites, I've been extremely careful as to whom I do business with.

When Amputate Your Head goes to bitch on the board about missing payment that is a perfect way to get someones attention and since he didn't name their names the people that owes him money can still save their face without, perhaps, being exposed as scammers. AMP get his money. AMP does not need to spend mayby $1000 on lawyers.
The people that owes him money might still be able to do businness in the future. If they get back on their feet again the proffesional way that AMP handled it (no name calling or anything) would most likely be rewarded as well in one way or the other (refferences, more PREpaid jobs or whatever)
If you think that it is cool to get screwed as long as the amount is below $5K then you should reconsider your business plan and mayby also consider building a better network for debt collection because your statement makes you sound like you either got no clue of what you are doing or that you never yet lost more than a few 100 on a sponsor
