Well no UCJ or RB4. So it's more a host for galleireposters, unless you use XXXmngr ofcourse

hardware and servers are cheap enough nowadays there should be no talk of "static html only" anymore. i would laugh at this and move on... unless you need some place to store your binary files (images, movies) you should host your scripts and the other parts of your site somewhere else.
