          ok 12clicks but you have to admint that employees are a pain in the ass -- after paying them, health benefits, entertainment taxes, time training, paperwork, bullshitting, equipment, office space, etc. etc...

          Not that I know anything about running a big biz ;) but I wouldn't want to -- I may need some coding work done for me now though... I have a lot of ideas that I'm too lazy to code myself...

                                                                                                                                              as i recall the original thread regarding shap was really about fhwl and then shap came on to defend him - it was about 2 years ago - i could be wrong, after all these threads start to blend in to each other after a while.

                                                                                                                                              what i do recall very clearly is that in the years before that incident and the 2 years or so after, 12clicks has posted tons on links and info proving his case regarding cheaters and those who have broken his tos, i have never yet seen anyone posting anything to prove that he is wrong.

                                                                                                                                              if someone has maybe you can post the link below.

                                                                                                                                                                          I can't recall 12clicks catching a cheater.... and being proven wrong yet.... If so like someone else said... Post it....

But from what I read.... if your honest.... you will never have a problem getting paid....

                                                                                                                                                                          This really is a problem for some people.... As they think the only way of doing business is by cheating or trying to cheat sponsors... When if they were honest they would come out way ahead in the long run...

                                                                                                                                                                              jimmy you can't deny that newbies are a dime a dozen and that there's an easy profit to be made w/ an open TOS and vague rules and w/ sneaky stats and with good timing you can make a big profit all in the name of cheating newbies... and where there is money, there will be people to take it... The automated form of you-are-a-cheating-webmaster trick is "sorry you have been removed from the click-program for low conversions -- now you are on our PER-SIGNUP program" -- HOW many times have you heard that! ;) Well I can think of lots of ways to cheat newbies out of their traffic but I will stop now.

                                                                                                                                                                                  I know Shap and I know FHWL, both are stand up guys that I like, respect and work with. 12clicks is the only person I know who has said anything bad about them, yet I know MANY MANY other reputable webmasters who say nastly things about 12clicks. I havn't done any business with him (to my knowledge) so what I say isn't first hand though. All I know is that he repeatidly trashes people who I trust and work with.

                                                                                                                                                                                      Yip I have seen site's with vague rules, (never looked at 12clicks rules) I tend to just move on, if it's not "REAL" clear to me.

If I can not understand it, they will not get any of this curmudgeon's business... I'll just trot on down the net's super Hwy with a chortle.

                                                                                                                                                                                      sign ups within 200 to 300 clicks.... and go back and read the TOS carefull and drop'm... Get pissed at myself for over looking some confuseing shit i n there TOS....
