Where surfers can upload pictures from their harddisk without uploading them to a server.

Where would they upload them if not to a server? The whole interenet is client - if you dont want to store the file contents or the server you dont need too, file contents are stored in a variable first that will be deleted then the page finishes loading, but anyways there is no way that the server will not recieve the upload.

but what i want to say is ; the file will be uploaded to my server and served from there. Take this board for example, you need to upload your image to a server and than link to that file...
Many surfers dont have hosting

There are several boards that come with an upload feature including vB that GFY is using a free board that comes with not an upload feature built in, but as a hack is phpbb.com If you dont want to pay for your board this is the way to go.
