While money is of course an important aspect , the quality and product of the sponsor is more important to me than the money.

Serious question and no trying to insult you, but if someone is so good then why are they looking for a job opposed to doing their own thing?

I would weeve baskets if had to before working for someone else. Been self employeed for 7 years. if you have the skill why not do your own thing ?
