And nevermind this "take a pill" shit. You don't know my experiences with how cops operate regarding these types of "frame-ups" and shit. It's as simple as you wanting to do a good deed and report some child porn, and the nex thing you know the cops are ass-raping you and your computer. I run a webmaster rights & anti-censorship site, and I hear about this stuff frequently, and yes, it pisses me off. It should piss you off too.

The widespread misperception of the phrase "child porn" is also a problem here. The public automatically equates "child porn" with "preteen child molestation", and will support all sorts of draconian police actions against those accused of it. They don't realize that publicity seeking cops will use an image that *might be* a 17 year old posing solo to effectively make someone guilty until proven innocent, justify arrests, public defamation, and asset seizures.

I would guess that the vast majority of adult webmasters have pictures on their hard drive that *could be* of a mature 16-17 year old. Even if he knows you ultimately cannot be convicted, a cop with a vendetta can use that image as probable cause to fuck up your world in so many ways its scary just thinking about it.

And some cops like this don't have a "vendetta" so much as a desire to seize any opportunity to *shine* in the eye of their superiors and the public.

Next time get your self a copy of "Encase" it's one of the programs that the cops use to search peoples PC's, and it shows every single image on your drive including hidden images, it even tells them what images you have deleted and the time and date you deleted it, It's best to be one step in front of them fuckers, or the simple way out is DONT have illegal shit on your PC,

First of all, you shouldnt have involved the cops if you knew 100% that your brother stole the computer (which you did). You shoulda kicked his ass, and not called the cops.
Second, WHY THE FUCK dont u secure the content that can be used against you? Why dont u use Win 2k or XP with fucking NTFS? Third, you could have made the cops login as "Guest", and claim that your brother changed the password to the account which has the permission to view the pics? Fourth of all, 1 picture is all they need to bust your ass. Fourth, you could say that your brother planted those pics on your computer, against you, and that you never saw those pics before in your life. If you dont wanna fuck your brother, tell him to say that he didnt put the pics either, and that some Joe Doe put the pics there, in an effort to fuck YOU, or your bro. You see what I am saying?
