Wow, I'm going on four years in this industry ... I'm debating on the bike issue, letting Chris get one and riding on the back. After riding on the back of Steve's I'm not sure I ever want to go on the back of another one again! LOL, that was a fun trip. I liked hugging you. ; )

Can't see the bikes due to the red "X"'s...from what I gather though, it sounds like some who were rewarded with bikes, have rode off into the sunset (they are no longer with LS).

Still, it is a cool thing to give such nice incentive bonuses to those who help build your business...

The moral of the story is treat people good while you have them, since good people are hard to find and even harder to keep.
