    Chameleon Staff Please contact me asap!

    Please contact me via email or icq, asap. I am stuck after purchasing your product and cannot get any response or assistance from your staff whatsoever. It is probabally a question that you could answer swiftly if you could just afford me some assistance.
    I have downloaded the tutorials and unfortunately this is an issue that the tutorial does not clarify. My entire day has been delayed because of this glitch, and I do not want to drag it into the weekend, please respond asap. Thanks in advance!

          i know it does not make any excuse, but seems you really had a bad luck in this, because the time you are trying to get ahead chameleon is probably the worst unfortunatelly. something like friday 9 pm or so over the place where those guys are located.
          CS support is running on EU time, and the best thing to do is just to shoot an e-mail or icq message requiring help and wait until they get back to you. It might suck sometimes, but usually works pretty good.
