No way I see someone buying that network for $1M, way too risky. In 2 - 3 years, that network/software will essentially be obsolete. There are much better ways to invest $1M.

I tend to agree with this. Probably new and better methods re media distribution by that time. This site's probably tapped out--dude probably just wants to get out on top.
