Well, with no disrespect, your front page stinks. There is nothing there to hook a surfer. I understand the theme you're going for with the US map, it just isn't valuable to hooking a surfer. you need hot hot girls, posibly even a little video to hook these surfers in. The home.html page is much better. why not make it the index page? one less click is WAY better for you there.

I have a philosophy about this business where all info is available to who gives a little effort to find it... but, what distinguishes those at the top from those at the bottom is in the action they take to reach these measures...

Now, my question to you my friend is this. What makes you get a 7 figure checks, and me a 4 figure one....

What is it I need to keep striving for to get my digits up... In other words, what does a business need to do to grow, rather than stay where it's at.

we have been looking for ways around it. The site is a month old and going very well, but we want to pick it up a lot in the next few months so it can fund a few new projects we have on the back burner. Thanks for your suggestion. If you're doing exactly what the next guy is doing and he makes 40k a year, why would you expect to make more? you know what I mean?
There are still more ideas that will make money out their. Be the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd guy to find them and you'll make plenty.
Doing what everyone else does will not seperate you from the pack.
You may waste a whole year thinking up ideas that don't work out but if you score big on just one idea, you're set!

oh, I don't know about that. I think we rolled out blindlinks.com in the early days with our own html skills and clickthru calvin. it didn't cost dick but it sure made us enough.

hmmmm, I don't sell many memberships these days. its all clicks and cpm deals.
Of those I see, I'd say sales come between 8pm EST and midnight on the west coast. people surf a lot at work but they buy at home.

No, trials are great. some people forget to cancel, and some are too lazy to charge back. The money from both these people falls to your bottom line.

I guess there still is room for new ideas... new types of sites for sure....

but what's going to bring an idea to the point where it will be successful... tons of sites are innovative, and tons of people create some trully outstanding ideas... but they never make it to the front scene... so then again, what is THE think you need to do when you got that idea?
