Valuations - and how to price sites to sell?

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a bit of advice please.

I seem to remember a thread here following the sale of Thumbzilla (or one of the biggies) regarding how to value and sell your sites. I just can't seem to find it but after 6 years online, I'm about ready to step out of the business and am looking to sell my sites.

I seem to remember something about 3 X turnover plus an amount iro good will, but I want to price my stuff fairly so it sells quick, if that makes sense?

Just so you know, the sites include:
