for example I want to buy something for $200 and dude accepts only Paypal, so I start a thread asking for someone to pay $200 paypal to that dude and I pay him $230 epassporte :-)

I think some countries it's difficult to get one account or another. Or for some reason their account is blocked or suspended or whatever. Or they're just lazy. One of those.

Most people I do transfers for, have both an epass and a pp account.

some people dont have cc to load paypal or epassporte.but they have both accounts to get paid from sponsors.they want exchange.

Plus some people dont WANT *another* account to keep track of and fuck with, espically ePassporte. I still dont have my electron card from them yet, so thats another reason. People want to buy now, not after all the shit has been dealt with.
