who gets the .xxx? owner of the .com, .net, .org? who decides

Ok, it looks to me like this shit is going to happen.

Now, I've got a decent amount of adult dot coms, but I also own a few .nets and I know the .coms are taken by other companys and what not.

So, who gets the .xxx in this case?

Whos going to be the one to decide?

What about .de and other country ltds? I've got a couple of those as well.

Anyone got any ideas what so ever on this matter, or are you just doing your best to try and worm webcam.xxx outta the system.

      SUMMARY once again:

.xxx was pre-approved by ICANN 1 year ago but then after protests of various groups the final approval was delayed several times and then finally 3 weeks ago, instead of it being finally approved, it got oficially rejected

the idiots who want to run the .xxx registry sent a petition to ICANN to resonsider its position but that doesnt mean anything and they sued the US Department of Commerce as well ( I can sue Lensman for IQ loss when surfing GFY, it doesnt mean anything either )

now they are starting the pre-registration because they want to put ICANN under pressure but well why do you think they will succed?
      I don't use ICQ anymore.

This is another form of control, and the higher ups love having a foot on our necks at all times.

This gives them MASSIVE amounts of control, and something just tells me that no matter how many people write fuck you letters, that its still going to happen.

I've spoke to a few other domain guys, and they pretty much agree with me. Seemed the story around the camp fire was "its bound to happen"

Now, ofcourse these guys dont know any more then you or me, but... if you smell smoke..

And I'm thinking this shits smoking.

I would reather do that stupid prereg shit, and hopefully score some of my .com/.xxx if/when this happens then not do it, and be left with my pants down talking to the new owner of what needs to be my domain about a very very pricey sale.

It's not worth thinking about dude. The Gov is definitely opposed to .XXX passing.
