Re-directing Question

I currently re-direct most Asian traffic from my web server by using deny/allow in the httpd.conf file.
I block certain IP ranges like 202. , 203. , etc...
The problem is this isn't perfect. For example, doing this not only blocks China, but also blocks some of Australia.
My question, is it possible to use the .htaccess file to block 'non-English' speaking surfers based on their browser language setup?
If so this would be a much more accurate way of re-directing shit traffic... If they can't speak English, I really don't want them on my sites...
Any help appreciated... Thx!

Peace

Thx Vegasdude, i've seen the java script that can do it but it won't work for my applications. It would have to be done in the .htaccess file, or httpd.conf. I haven't had any luck finding much info about this, frustrating...

Thx
