Unlike Americn cattle ranchers who pump thier livestock full of hormones, steroids and other synthetic enhancers, the Asain ranchers prefer a more humane means. They feed their livestock organic foods, and give them clean living conditions.

I found that Thailand Dog Meat markets were far more classy, and respective than any Ney York Butcher.

DPlayMax 05-25-2002 12:16 PM

i have eaten dog by accident - when i lived in Asian - but this type of raising for eating makes me sick to be quite honest..

[Labret] 05-25-2002 12:18 PM

What does dog taste like?

boneprone 05-25-2002 12:23 PM

Yep my Thailand trip really open my eyes to this great culture.
Dog really does taste just like chicken and the way they handle and respect thier livestock comapread to Americans is noteworthy.

Boneprone Approved.

And on that note, here's Newt, my Greyhound. I don't plan on eating him but I do agree with Boneprone about the whole culture shock thing. The world's a big place. Live in it.

About eating dogs. I understand its done in some parts of Thailand - But this board is hardly Thai BBS. So if speaking about culture - most people culture on this thread says seeing dead dog in a puppy thread is BAD!
so Boneprone - you might be more sensitive than that.

Now... About the Thai culture - In MOST of Thailand dogs are sacred. Yes ? sacred!. They are little less than what cows are in India BUT for example ? your not supposed to kill dogs because they over-populate, you castrate them. Dogs are eaten mainly (almost only) in northern Thailand. I guess that?s where you got the pics from - correct me if I?m wrong.

Most of you gor GREAT dogs. DplayMax puppy rules big time ? but other dogs here are cool as well. Makes me think highly of you people until I recall that you all porn dealers :winkwink:

One thing I am angry with ? and it?s the ?no-reaction? to Labret posts. Not only is he insensitive as always, this time he also crossed lines of freedom of speech (as I see it). Bestiality has no place in most of what we (most of us here) do so why should we tolerate it here, especially in puppy thread. I wonder what drives moderator in this board NOT to ban someone like that Labret person. :ak47: :feels-hot

Besides that stupid-asshole glitch ? this has been the best thread in a VERY long time here :thumbsup

[Labret] 05-25-2002 07:44 PM

Do you ever stop crying you little bitch?

You mean you have never played Army Man with your pup???

[Labret] 05-25-2002 07:51 PM

Dude, Army Man is not bestiality. He is a small dog with a thin skull. If helping to keep Chawko from sustaining massive head trauma during battle is bestiality, then I sir, am guilty as charged.

DPlayMax 05-25-2002 08:00 PM

well - presonally - i think that the beast stuff should not really be in this thread - not exactly what i was intending by starting it - what i was intending was some warm and fuzzy feelings - ohhh.. ahhh.. etc.. but i guess bone kinda first fucked with that with the eating dogs part of the thread:(

Labret...

I contacted someone on the web who breeds servals and he told me to see what I had to do to get a permit. Did you need one? Im in california so it might be more difficult to obtain one. Im very serious about getting one of these guys now and have done much research on them. Do you have anymore pics of yours? He is badassssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!

No, Michigan did not require a permit. I have no idea about California. Its varies from city to city, state to state. People say contact the department of natural resources, but everyone knows they are pricks. I saw some webpages online of exotics dealers in Los Angeles, so it must be ok in at least some areas. Find a broker or breeder in California and ask them about laws of various cities etc.

One thing we did find out though while getting him is that Vets despise the idea of someone owning an exotic, so dont go to them. Alot of people will tell you not to do it. Its not easy by any means and their diet and upkeep is expensive. And they require a vet trained in exotic cats, which isnt as easy to find as you may think. At least not in Michigan anyway. Not too mention the time you personally have to invest in them.

Pics, tons. This is one well documented animal. At least 4 or 5 pics a day of him doing some sort of stupid shit. I wont throw them up here in the dog thread, but if you got an icq # and you really really want to see more of him, Ill send you a url to some.

Morgan 05-25-2002 09:26 PM

yes icq me please...
