My work is slow right now, so I have to let my guy go...he's great, and I hate to do it, but it just doesn't make financial sense at this point in time to keep him.

You should tell him to apply at iwebmasters. Its not a sweatshop, and might be able to find work for him.

does he do creative work or is it just standard video editing? post a link to a sample of his best work. i'll pay for creativity - for anything else i'll pay what VIVID pays editors - 15 bucks an hour.

He does do a very good job with my raw footage. Hit him up - you won't be disappointed.
