I have been running my own server at a colocation place right up from my house and decided it was time to get hosting elsewhere rather then do it myself.

Please let me know of some good places to deal with or that are around here all the time.

They are good if you need a place to host some small sites that don't get a lot of visitors and don't care about the support (takes about 1 day (or more) to get an answer).
