Hopefully the local law enforcement will notify all the public of his whereabouts while on probation. I think a little street justice is in order (in this case).

If the victim was a 17 year old girl, made up like a 25 year old and drinking on a fake id, then this sentence makes sense. The fact that the victim's age isn't mentioned in the story is, in my humble opinion, a glaring omission that suggests that this is shoddy and misleading reporting.
