Xamo / HBHosting - Doug or someone read..

Since you guys aren't replying to me, and have yet to even take my server down yet, after hosting with you guys for so long, I'm hoping that you'll read this and have my server shipped. You can not say you did not get my emails, I have sent them multiple times, to multiple people, and I gave you warning about it, and you replied regarding the subject. You have also not changed the name servers on a domain name I registered through you, after asking you and other employees of yours multiple times, and after you said you'd do it - ignoring a problem is not a very good solution. If you simply forgot about it somehow after being told about it many times, then fine. And yes I am getting pissed and sarcastic.

April 18th is when you replied to my notice of needing my server to be moved within a month, plenty of time in my mind. May 16th is when I sent the email telling you that I'd need my server moved, and the next day I called leaving a message regarding having my server moved. Nothing yet, no emails, my server is up, the new host is waiting for my server, and it is costing me money. Yes, I know I owe you $400 or so, and I'm planning to send that plus shipping costs. You know I am good for the money as we've done thousands of dollars in transfers, so I don't see what the problem could be.

I hope to get an answer. matt @ nysus.com

They shouldnt be disturbed with this.

Ah, sad to hear they only serve the selfish and conceited, otherwise I would have not hosted with them, well I'm hopefully leaving anyways, if they ship my server.

Yeah, it seems like they only have 1 or 2 people to do work, well, 3 + a part time technical guy, as far as I know. Unless he works 24/7 now, which isn't humanly possible.

DON't deal with xamo anyway.

Derek is a Fucking Pestering Asshole AND he collects webmaster emails to spam the shit out of them. Sign Up for anything Xamo related with a unique address like [email protected] and within a few days you'll be getting a shitload Of emails to that Fucking address. Don't believe it because bulldog said it. Try it for yourself !!!!!

I was going to put some of there games on penis health. but i realised that They are LAME spamming asshole Fuckers. And they fucked You I see. Derek is an asshole.

bulldog, I haven't really delt with Derek ever and I don't know all of their dealings, so I can't really say anything else than my dealings with them. I just want this situation to be over with.

Who did you send your request to? I can assure you I never received it, I have never received any ICQ's from you, nor have I ever received any phone calls from you. If you have left any messages with our data center then I would have received it.

Now, I apologize because I am out of the loop on this issue, but from what I understand you are moving your server to another data center, so can you please send me exactly what the issue is to my email address @ [email protected] ?

I don't appreciate you posting things like this on the boards, if you had sent an email to the appropriate person, it would have been received and dealt with.


And hey, we don't sell email addresses! I've already posted to that before!

Mike, I know you're only trying to stick up for your company, and I have no doubts that you were 'left out of the loop' - I had talked to Doug about this, and I guess not realizing that employees within a company don't communicate, I thought whoever was incharge of servers (you) would have gotten the message.

I posted this issue on the board because no person from Xamo was responding to me - and people obviously were alive because they were posting here. And to bounce back the communication problems/issues within your company on to me, is kind of a joke to me. I know it is possible for email to be lost, or forgotten about, but after multiple emails and such - it shouldn't be hard - and Doug and other employees would easily been able to forward my email to you; which they have forwarded other emails of mine to the more proper person.

I just sent the information. Thank you replying anyways.

How long you been is business ? I think you may have lost the respect of alot of us on the board for the way you handled this ...

XAMO is a GREAT company ... and I think far more on this board (of the ones that matter anyways) would agree with me than disagree ...

Sometimes in business, fuckups happen ... that is just how it is ... do you not have a phone??? they even have a TOLL FREE nunber man !!! (1.800.544.XAMO ) if you are worried about the LD charges

But this does not sound like a fuckup to me at all ... if you were doing business with me and decided to take your business elsewhere, that's 100% cool ... but I would hold your server until your bill was settled too brother ... $400 or $4'000'000

I have owned to many businesses in my life to know that when a customer stops doing business with you, if they still owe you a "little bit" of money, they figure the can stiff you and you will just absorb it ...

The way I see it ... your server is their security on that balance.
You yourself admitted that $400 is not a big deal, so why not just pay up and I'm sure this whole thing will be sorted out by the end of the day ... I know the XAMO boys very well, and they are first class businessmen.

And Bulldog ... you wannabe Greek mutherfucker, us greeks don't want ya malaka!!!
Derek sends out one email maybe every few months ... letting his CLIENTS know what is going on at XAMO ... I don't find that intrusive at all ...
