The old client of mine is actually an elderly couple who run an online pet store, our meeting is in the morning (thursday) to finalize details.
The new client runs a water purification systems install & service business, and he wants a full website and ongoing maintenance done. My meeting with him is Tuesday morning.

I tried to work "Business Deals", there is just to much riff raff here and games.
I am pretty tired of the games and other folks far reaching length's to get notoriety.
The lengths some folks goto "Get a good deal" and push things beyond what was agreed is seemingly never ending in the development field and getting worse.
Not to mention ya get clipped alot on total bullshit.
I am no longer interested in new "Business Deals" in short I got a machine rolling and it works, its simple, people like the work and I aint changing a thing.
I dont want deals or business deals, I want sales.
