What makes an affiliate program top notch?
I see a lot of drama as well as positive things being said about various programs and the folks who run them.
What things make a program something you want to work with? What does a program need to have to get you involved and keep you happy? What are things that some programs have done that just plain piss you off? Overall, what is the perfect program (within reason).
