I need to get a pass back 4 an old icq # 380367. the problem is that one of our partners took all our machines, sites and access to emails and passworrds. I have tried everything! lol so if you can actually retrieve this password. I wld gladly send you $20 superfast via payapl or epassporte!

I do not think that is possible
I have an old icq number on an old machine and I forgot the password
so when I went and set up icq on this machine.
I have tried to get that password for almost a year now with no luck.
Good luck in trying to get it.
I would just forget about it and go on with your new one.

But if you do get it figured out let me know so maybe I can retrive my old one.

I think you at least need the .dat file of the ICQ user to get an old password.
