Since pimplydoggydog keeps stating publicly that EpicCash shaves and he said something in another post that indicated it was right in the TOS, I went and read the TOS.

2. Commission. You will earn a Commission of Twenty Five to Thirty United State dollars ($25.00-$30.00) for each valid Trial. Epic Cash reserves the right not to pay if more than 40% of trials do not convert to full membership or when if deem the account is fraudulent.

Please clarify.. Is this how you shave signups? If the WMs conversion rate is < 40% and a signup occurs, the WM doesn't get credited for it? If they're above 40% they do? Is their current conversion rate in the stats so they can see when they're going to be credited with sales or if they're not?? Do they see how many sales they weren't credited for along with how many they were?? Or is all of this hidden from the WM?

40% is actually quite a bit more than many programs manage from trial to full. As a minimum its just crazy .... though since they put it in their TOS I'm not entirely sure .... they are blatantly telling you its likely you won't be paid for all your signups.

that tos is from 4years ago. and infact all sales are posted an acct real time.

when payday comes and your acct is performing abnormally bad to terrible, we will contact the affiliate on an idividual basis and see whats up.

personally, i dont care for the way trey handles business in certain cases. but, here's the great thing about business. i dont have to do business with anyone i dont want to do business with. if you dont like the way epic does business or their tos (whatever it may be) then dont do business with them. thats your choice and right...

i however, make my own business decisions and dont take too much credence when it comes to forukm posts. i will try a program for myself and make a decision based on what best for "my business.

at the end of the day a programs results either work for me or they dont..

I don't think there is a chance in hell they shave. I know that what they say on the board is controversial, but they are a big legitimate business. Shaving a few sales which could destroy their reputation and business is just not worth it.

They've also stated that you can test sales if you let them know afterwards. I do this with almost every sponsor. If you have a question about it, I'd suggest testing with a few credit cards and letting them know.

Almost every program has this, its just Epic Cash that quantified the number. If you're traffic is not upgrading to full members, the sponsor program will either close your account or put you on a revshare basis. 40% is just Epic's magic number to determine when a WM account isn't profitable.

if you send epic cam traffic, and the joins dont upsell then PD dont pay you. simple as that.

If you're traffic is not upgrading to full members, the sponsor program will either close your account or put you on a revshare basis. 40% is just Epic's magic number to determine when a WM account isn't profitable.
