WebmastersDirect......."OUR RESPONSE"

Ok folks, this is getting wayyyyy out of hand. Here are a few things you need to know....

1. SMOKEY, this is what is left behind after uninstall.
Smokey mentioned that we leave things behind after uninstall and that he would keep you posted. he doesnt need to. Here is what it is.

agent.dll & user ID in the reg

These are necessary because they are what allow our paid members to continue to access the site. Nothing more. Agent.dll reads the reg ID. Thats it. We run a sucessfull legit business and have for a long time. We are not fly by night and plan on continuing to give users a great value and makle our partners huge profits.

2. Norton flags our software

We spent months going throught the process of becoming Norton trusted software (adware/spyware free-complete discloser). We HAVE been running as trusted software for many months. About two weeks ago Norton began MISflagging us. We are in contact with them and the issue is being resolved as quickly as possible.

3. What about all of the complaints online?

As a few have pointed out, complaints can be found about ALL companies with a user base as large os ours. AOL, VISA, DISNEY etc. Gfyers are posting what amounts very few complaints in relation to our user base. Well under 0.01%. IF Chargeback data was posted on everyone in our industry and those were counted as complaints.....would you fall under .01% ????

We want to thank the many people we do business with and promise to keep delivering the worlds best VOD product and the Webmaster payments to match. We want to thank ALL of the many webmasters who support us and choose to investigate and ASK questions if they want answers, instead of mudslinging and risking peoples livelyhoods. Our program WILL CONTINUE TO GROW AND THRIVE because surfers enjoy our products and we pay out more than anyone.,

TRE,JIM,MEDIA........We want to thanks you for not backing down to the truth and pointing out HYPOCRISY.

Fucking bullshit. There are tons of sites with elaborate guides on how to uninstall your software, are you trying to claim they all couldn't find "add/remove programs"?

So, just out of curiosity, why do you want those who do not pay and uninstall your software to retain those files you say are needed to allow your paid members to continue to access the site?

And why are there no uninstall instructions in your faq?

I tried installing it 1 hour ago and wanted to leave it there for 3 days to see what would happen but my virusscanner (avg) went totally nuts. I couldnt do anything anymore because virus warnings kept popping up so i removed what i had installed so far right away. Too bad, i really wanted to see what would happen after 3 days.

Bullsh*t!

You are presumably not stupid. You know exactly how most surfers will react when this stuff happens on their machines. So do we. So stop talking to us as if we only just swung down from the trees.

If you have a product people are going to want to buy, market it honestly and openly. If you need to download something to make the product usable, fine, but TELL PEOPLE HOW TO GET RID OF IT and don't start hitting them with popups launched from their own PC.

It's f*cking ridiculous. We are selling porn. People want porn: they don't have to be tricked and bullied into buying it. And it doesn't stop at the sleazy sales methods: I never saw a program yet which relied on such methods and offered anything but generic crap to those who were stupid enough to buy.

We can choose from dozens of sponsors who put time and effort into building sites which sell and which visitors enjoy. Some of them have been around for years and will be here for years to come. It's absolutely ridiculous to think about sending even a single surfer to someone who has done nothing more than have someone code a tricky piece of script.

3,000 movies, stream or download, nothin' generic. Check it out
