Specs mean shit if the console has shitty games. Nice graphics is all fine, but if the gameplay sucks and the game is just boring, repetitive and the same old shit just remade to look prettier than I don't care how good the specs of the console look. I will go with a less powerfull console with games that are funer to play. So don't buy a console based on the specs they throw at you. They like to throw out specs to make people think they have the best thing known to man. Like for example:
"Our new console has a new DVD technology called the pinkish-ray that holds up to 10 billion GB of data. We used the most powerfull CPU available which runs at 1000000000ghz on each of the 1000 cores, our GPU run at 10000000000000000ghz and has 2 trillion TB of ram" bla bla bla..
it all means shit if it brings nothing new to the table when it comes to games besides the way they look.
their new consoles, even though much less powerfull than the other 2, looks promising when it comes to playing games. One thing I don't like though is the name.. They should have kept the name Revolution.. It sounded way cooler than Wii lol

Wii looks to be the console that will put nintendo back on top. The more i see and hear about this console the more i can't wait to get my hands on one.
many facets of the two to consider, and with the PS3 not released yet some of it is speculative. Obv PS3 has gone with Blu Ray over HD, Blu Ray disks if scratched can not be relayered like DVD Discs so this is one main issue.
I really beleive thoug if you an Xbox fan u will like Xbox 360 and if your Playstation fan then u will like PS3.
Ps3 will head a massive Asia market, that Xbox can not break into
