He got shot in the beginning and then the rest of the show was a dream/hallucination. It left me pissed off.

Shit man, it was a mess. I still don't get the ending. Was the whole thing a dream and he figured out he'd rather be able to walk or did he find out that it was himself who asked for the Ketamine at the end and not Cuddy's fault?
