Try hookah, Allan. Because, it requires some set-up (heating the coal, filling the jar with fresh water, etc.), you'll find yourself using it only on special occasions -- friends over, hot date.

It does take about 6 months to a year for your lungs to start working correctly again... Keep it up.

The sore throat is normal, I've heard its because cigarettes have some kind of chemical or something that also soothes your throat so you don't realize what's happening to yourself.

I can't remember when did I stop smoking but one thing is for sure my body is doing good compared to the times when I was really a chain smoker.

Im ready to quit too. I got some sublimanal tapes and this is going to be one of the hardest things I have done in a long time.

I can't belive how easy it was for some people. I know this will be a very very painfull process.

I really wanna quit smoking everything but im scared my body would go in shock. LOL
