I got someone that ripped me for some money. Someone we all know. They keep saying they will pay me for about the past 5 months.

I'm getting ready to blow the horn, just so I feel better. what to do, what to do. Just pay me already, even if just on principle.

maybe i put this wrong.. i mean first when you deal with someone you buy for 2-300$ and see if the guy delivers, what prod he has and so on. then you buy 500$ and see how the guy handles and then if its all ok you pay 2k

That makes sense for a free site owner, but I doubt a program owner like DatingGold has time to fuck around like that let alone worry about $2k.

And to some, dropping $2k on a traffic seller IS just a test. :D

Are you thinking that if this thread causes the guy to pay you that you can just let the issue die and go on your merry way? I hope not, because now that you've brought this up it seems to me that your fellow webmasters deserve to know who it is as well. Other people are here who buy traffic, and if there's a risk of them getting ripped off as well or put through the 5-month wringer by this same person then they deserve to be warned about it.

It sucks to have to damage someone reputation and business, but I guess the guy should have considered that possibility when he decided to string you along for nearly half a year and not deliver you the promised traffic.

I just buy a few 100 here and there but still sometimes wait a week or more for the order to be fulfilled.

I have taken to using GoClick at 0.005 for their 'catch all' PPC hits and sending them to a trading TGP and then skimming the traffic I want. It is good productive traffic and often works out better than buying traffic from the brokers we are used to dealing with.

I take it you've never bought from CJ traffic (Consumption Junction et al) before?

Typical packages there run from $2-5k, and up.

That's one example.

I've known adult freehost owners who have sold blocks of traffic for over $12k in past years.

And to some paysite owners even that is small potatos.
