    How exactly does one "buy signups"?

    Program x is looking to buy 50 signups a day.

    What does this mean?

                      its simple. you put together a price for those 50.. how much you are willing to pay per.. say 30 per. so, 1500 is the cost of the 50 joins. you now pay that person 1500, and he starts sending traffic untill he reachs 50 joins.

                          It means their looking for whales who can pop 50 joins in a day to (x) program. Usually to level out a cb ratio, or test some improvements to their members area on retention...i.e. just installed some new high-end feeds.

                          And when they say "buy" instead of "who can send us"....it usually means....we're open to negotiating the price, so work something out with us.

                                  Yeah...its what i figured already. Just didnt see the difference between we need more signups and uhm...we need more signups...just a different way of looking for affiliates?

                                  I mean who wouldnt negotiate if they can get a person to send 50 joins a day.

                                  Were buying really sounds like:

                                  "You are very lucky that we allow you to send 50 joins to us".
