There is an easy solution to this, and I see others on the list who do this...
Make sure you always use sponsor-specific email addresses like [email protected].
When you start getting spam to that address just make it a forwarder to the offending leaker.
All email sent to my fleshlight addy will now forward to ramos@fl

I got spammed like you wouldn't believe from that damcash site and them spamming me as if I am a surfer with lil|ta subject in every one of them, including the webmaster geared emails wanting me to promote lol|tas.
