I was invited by the Porsche Training Team to test drive the new BoxsterS and 911 GT2 Twin Turbo !

needless to say i went and took them for a spin this sunday.
what a fu*king ride 230kmh on a narrow road training track
which is completly different to driving that speed on an open highway

Zero to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds.
Zero to 100 mph in 8.9 seconds.
The quarter mile in 11.9 sec. with the speedometer sweeping past the 120-mph mark.
To put the GT2 into perspective, the only cars in our Road Test Summary that can accelerate faster are million-dollar machines such as the McLaren F1, and two purpose-built race cars: the Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR and Le Mans-winning Porsche 911 GT1. Even the $275,000-plus Lamborghini Diablo 6.0 and the $480,000-plus Ferrari F50 would have trouble keeping up.
