Video games are for KIDS!

What the fuck is wrong with so many 'adults' today? They're like little kids.

Why the fuck would you play video games? Their is absolutely nothing rewarding about it. Have you really accomplished anything once you 'beat' the game?

It's so moronic I don't understand people with that grade 5 mentality. I loved Nintendo when I was younger but it hasn't become a lifelong endeavour.

Instead of playing games I'd be much more interested in creating/developing them and selling them to the lame asses who actually play them.

Don't fucking tell me about graphics. I don't care how good the graphics are. The shit hasn't changed in over a decade. Choose to do something more productive to do rather than playing games. LIVE your life instead of living vicariously through video games.

I bet you didnt know that last year the video game industry did 2.4 billion in buisness and over 60% of video gamers are 21-34(and are not parents buying systems for the kids)...its nothin like gathering the fellas for a great afternoon of Madden or NBA2k2 before a big game or ona sunny afternoon...

I find it pathetic when I see grown adults on welfare with children and the parents priority is sitting around playing video games. You're probably an exception to the rule, but c'mon, we're talking VIDEO GAMES here.

Digitalpimp, I don't suck at video games. When I was in Grade 5 my goal was to be the best at them. I was great at all of them. But that's just it. That goal sucks. I was fucking great at them...but what the fuck did that do for me? Build my self asteem? It's just so boring to play them and their is nothing gained in it.

I'd have to agree with the idea that video games are like any other form of entertainment. What people chose to do during their free time, whether it be video games, smoking crack or pmsing on a webmaster board, is up to them.

I imagine that all adults who chose to play video games understand that it accomplishes nothing and is simply a fantasy world where they get to be the hero for a change.

Anyone who has played Grand Theft Auto3 knows that video games aren't for kids!! Do yourself a favor and pick up an X-Box or PS2 and tell me the graphics haven't changed in a decade. Some of these games out will blow your mind, Spiderman is on point.
