New Orleans is a lost city - it was already in its death throes before Katrina - i think there are only 160,000 residents still there - to spend billions of dollars on that small amount of people seems stupid as hell - cruel - but it seems like they're just throwing away taxpayers money to save something that isn't really worth saving.
