Yes I do it it all the time. Use the WITHDRAW feature not the TRANSFER one.

Secondly it's cheaper to transfer money to your bank than use an ATM card. Takes 8 days to transfer to the bank account in my case so I switched to the ATM card and just withdraw it no biggie.
