I have someone to do the coding, but thanks for the offer. I am developing my own forum software right now that everything will be converted over to. I refuse to pay for vBullitien and I have grown to hate phpBB. Will be much better to build something from scratch. No spam, either, since the little bots wont be able to figure out how to work my boards and the likelyhood of someone writing a bot just to spam my boards isnt too great.
