Set me up with Epassporte account - GoFuckYourself.com

Can someone set me up with an epassporte account? I thought I could just sign up for a free account with a verified by visa user/pass to get it auto-authenticated but I guess they got rid of it or something.

I also did not know they required a minimum of $25 initial deposit. I don't feel like giving them $5 and have the rest of my $20 sitting there idling since I'm not planning on buying anything with the account, just receive payments.

I do have a site that is being launched soon and have a few affiliates through that but I don't think any of them use epassporte so if you are a sponsor and can set me up with an epass account, feel free to hit me up on ICQ and let me know your URL so I can sign up and also if you want, show you part of the upcoming site.
