I think he did a great job. Many people don't understand that (before he and Juicy came along) FL was NOT set up to do what they are currently doing. I know how hard it can be to expand a physical product (point-of-sale) company into the online arena; and it is twice as hard when you are having to adapt and modify "on the fly".

I've not heard the radio show but I think the real point you're missing here is the way in which Ramos addressed(or failed to address) real concerns from webmasters.
