Host:
I have three domain names with one host with a virtual account. I signed up with the first domain name, then sometime later added a second domain name, then even later added a third domain name.
On my web control interface it shows that the bulk of my allocated storage and bandwidth usage is allocated to the first domain name, then with a lesser amount to the second domain name, with the last domain name being allocated the least amount of storage and bandwidth. What I want to do is shut down the first two domain names and have all of my allocated storage and bandwidth assigned to the last domain name that I added to my account. Question: Is this something I can do via my web control interface? Or is this something my provider witll have to do? If my provider has to do it, is this something that he can easily do, or will it cost additional money to get this done? Any one with expertise about this matter? |

Pretty sure you'll have to have your ISP do it....
Or if you want to make sure it doesn't get screwed up I'd have them do it..... Can't you call them and ask.... That's what I usually do.... I love talking to Morman's.

Awhile back my host put in voice mail as being the only way to contact them by phone. I have yet to receive a call back. Their trouble ticket is slooooow. |
