what should i do about this twat! epassport ??

hey guys

i recently sold this guy a product. he paid using epassporte. i sent him the item thwice! as he said that he didn't receive the first package!
he is still saying that he's not received anything! and now he's saying that he has going to get me back charged form epassporte if i don't send him anything!! (can epassporte do that???)

i think this guy is playing games as i've sent him the item twice, very unlikley that both parcles got lost!

i could easly send him his money back but its a question of principle! plus its cost me alot of money to send him those items in the forst place!

any advice would be very welcome!

cheers
tony

Paypal will take your shipping docs as proof you sent him his package. Try and see if you can do the same with ePassporte.

Call them one the phone too, that seems to be the quickest, easiest and pretty much the ONLY way to get anything done with them.

if its anything like paypal they take the money back from you and ask questions later
same thing happened to me and it was a valuable item and lost the money for 30 days while they checked

meanwhile the fucker had my item and money back

I didn't think that ePass offered a "chargeback" type transaction. I thought that there stance was "that's between the two of you, we're just the middleman for payment".

The policy is that ePassporte will not get involved with disputes between two card holders. They have to solve it up between themselves. A p2p transaction is like a CASH transaction. "Buyer/Seller be aware".

Did you send it registered or return receipt requested?

You can't charge back with ePassporte technically. You can chargeback on your credit card but then ePassporte will cancel your account.

sounds fair to me, if its a business acount it likely works differently but a p2p transaction should be treated like cash..

If you give cash to someone you cant "chargeback" can you ?
