Homeless people need good lovin too.
TAMPA - A homeless couple was arrested after a neighbor reported them having sex behind a 7-Eleven store.
Frederick Flowers, 40, and his girlfriend, Wanda Scott, 42, were arrested about 6:30 p.m. Saturday, at 702 S. 50th St., a Hillsborough County sheriff's report states. Flowers faces a charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a child after a resident, who lives behind the convenience store, called to complain the couple was engaged in a sex act. Scott was arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition. Flowers was being held in the Orient Road Jail on Sunday with bail set at $25,000. Scott was also in the jail with bail set at $7,500. |
