Assuming that the acceleration (positive or negative) of the plane is negligible in the short period of time, it does not take a genius to figure out how many feet an object would travel horizontally over a certain period of time. If someone can point me to evidence that shows how fast they estimate the plane to be travelling, I'll crunch the numbers.
Taking a closer look at the video with a timer next to it, the frames are approximately 1 frame per second- which again is pretty damn weak for a vehicle gate of the pentagon parking.
