you can have 3 hits a day, but if one of those hits makes a sale you won't get credit because someone with 30,000 hits a day cookied one of your users 25 days ago

This isn't a new policy though, I noticed this in their beta stats system months ago and was told that's how it has always worked.

Why care? Fleshlight is so branded that what the average affiliate thinks probably isn't going to affect their bottom line significantly. Too many other things to promote.

If the user is already cookied, when he comes to the site with a new referal code the cookie is NOT updated, and the existing cookie is read into it's place - so whoever cookied him first gets the deal.

Basically, if you run a big TGP, you just 0 frame fleshlight for everyone that comes to your site, and then let the little people actually send the traffic so you can get the sales.
