In most companies, depending on the structure (Corporation - Partnership - Limited Partnership) would include a clause to protect the business in any case. Meaning - if one leaves, for whatever reason, sickness/death/choice - they'd have to sell their shares to the remaining partner/partners.

Don't know what the concern is? Werner is the sole owner of the 2 comapnies ( InterClimax and ComNed Ltd)
Claudia is no longer involve in any business or activitiers relating to InterClimax / ComNed.

Werner and Claudia are no longer together.

Divorce is painful, no matter who wanted it, or why. As a completely neutral party, I think if your intention is to cause drama for either party, your method is only causing sympathy for their private issues being dragged in public, so perhaps you should rethink your motivation and execution.
