In most companies, depending on the structure (Corporation - Partnership - Limited Partnership) would include a clause to protect the business in any case. Meaning - if one leaves, for whatever reason, sickness/death/choice - they'd have to sell their shares to the remaining partner/partners.

Don't know what the concern is? If there's a marriage breakup (hundreds if not thousands of huge businesses/corporations businessmen/women get divorced yearly) but in any case, it's always in the best interest of the husband and wife to keep the company rolling like clockwork - this way the person parting continues to receive their *support* cheques. :)

The only place I'd see it affecting the actual business' future would be if it were a site built and branded on *the* couple and solely on the content of the couple. In the case of a breakup, most likely the site cannot continue with new updates. Other than in that case, I don't see what our concern as unbiased affiliates would be.

Werner is the sole owner of the 2 comapnies ( InterClimax and ComNed Ltd)
Claudia is no longer involve in any business or activitiers relating to InterClimax / ComNed.

Werner and Claudia are no longer together.

Business as usual.

Divorce is painful, no matter who wanted it, or why. As a completely neutral party, I think if your intention is to cause drama for either party, your method is only causing sympathy for their private issues being dragged in public, so perhaps you should rethink your motivation and execution. :2 cents:
