Why are you not hosting with National Net
Bill is a fucking genius. National Net continues to go above and beyond the call of duty.. I just finished a trouble ticket with some questions about improving a certain process and they were fantastic.
You seriously do NOT know what you're missing if you aren't hosting with National Net. http://www.national-net.com

I didn't realize that either until I got a box with them. Definitely worth every penny, not to mention being a NatNet customer comes with its privaledges
